Important Information
for Travel Planning

Our events take place across
two locations 
— 
Cape Town on Friday evening 
and in Stellenbosch on Saturday 
evening. The drive between the 
two is around 45–50 minutes. We 
encourage out-of-town guests to 
book accommodation for Friday 
night in Cape Town and Saturday
night in or around Stellenbosch, 
so you're free to celebrate the 
full evening with us.


SHUTTLES: 
We will be arranging shuttle 
service to and from central 
locations in both Cape Town and Stellenbosch, so don’t let 
the logistics hold you back. 
More details on routes, pickup 
times, and alternative commute 
options will follow – but feel 
free to factor this into your 
accommodation planning.
